Good news!
You are valuable. Perhaps no one has ever said these words to you before: You are valuable. Really! God thinks you are valuable and therefore you are valuable. No matter who you are, what you have done or where you come from.
Jij bent waardevol, geliefd en bijzonder. Jij bent bestemd om in relatie te leven met Degene die jou gemaakt heeft. Door Jezus Christus is deze relatie mogelijk. Jezus is namelijk de weg tot God de Vader. God houdt van je zonder voorwaarden.
Hij kende je al voordat je bestond. Hij wist al wat je naam zou gaan zijn. Jij bent een uniek persoon met talenten, een karakter en emoties. Doordat alle mensen gezondigd hebben is de relatie met God verbroken.
God houdt zoveel van mensen dat Hij zelf met de oplossing is gekomen. Uit liefde zond Hij Zijn enige Zoon Jezus naar de aarde. Alle straf die wij verdienden, kwam op Jezus terecht. Jezus nam vrijwillig uit liefde alle straf op zich door te sterven aan het kruis.
Jezus is na drie dagen ook weer opgestaan uit de dood. Zo heeft Hij de scheiding tussen God en mensen weggenomen en herstelt om weer met jou in relatie te komen en jou een waardevol leven te geven. Het leven zoals God het bedoeld heeft.
Getting to know God
You can get to know God personally. He loves you and created you for a relationship with Him. You cannot earn relationship with God by good works or bearing punishment for your sins.
Het is namelijk een cadeau van God wat je mag ontvangen. Het enige dat je hoeft te doen is geloven en vertrouwen op Jezus wat Hij voor jou gedaan heeft.
On the cross, Jesus paid the price for the forgiveness of sins, for the healing of diseases and liberation from chains.
The person Jesus is the gift God gave to the world. He wants nothing more than for you to accept that gift.
1. What can you do?
- Acknowledge That you have sinned and need His forgiveness
- Faith with your heart that Jesus died for your sins and that He rose from the dead.
- Invite Jesus in your life and go follow Him
...If you say that Jesus Christ is your Lord and if you believe with all your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

By His grace, God has everything Already done to provide for your salvation.
All you have to do is believe and receive His salvation!
2. Receiving the gift
You can receive God's gift now by saying the following prayer aloud with all your heart.
"God, I understand now that I have gone my own way. I have sinned against You. Jesus, I believe You died on the cross for my sins.
Thank You for paying the price. I accept You as my Savior and Lord.
Today I choose to no longer live for myself, but to live each day with You. Jesus, come into my life.
I want to know and follow You. I give my life to You.
Amen"
Yes, you are now born again!
Yes, if you have done steps 1 and 2, from now on you have been born again and become a child of God the Father. He wants to give you His supernatural power to live this new life.
... how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him for it?

3. Pray aloud
this prayer
"Father God, I need Your strength to live this new life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. In faith I receive Him at this moment. Thank You. Holy Spirit, You are welcome in my life."

The moment you choose Jesus, a miracle happens. You now have a relationship with God. You have become a child of God! 🥳
This includes:
- Jesus has come into your life
- You have been given eternal life
- You have become a child of God
- You now have a relationship with God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit
- You have received the power of the Holy Spirit
4. How to proceed?
As in any relationship, you will come to know Him better and better as you interact with Him. The following will help you do this:
- Let your baptisms. Following Jesus and baptism go hand in hand. In doing so, you openly show that your old life without Jesus is over and that you have begun a new life with Him.
- Talk to God about anything that concerns you. Ask Him questions and listen to what He wants to say to you. This is called pray.
- Listen to God by being in the Bible reading, He speaks through His word.
- Trust On God for all things in your life
- Live with the Holy Spirit, He helps you in your life with God
- Meet other believers. Visit a church or home group where they love God and follow Jesus.
- Tell others about Jesus. God longs for all people to live in relationship with Him.
